Our small group session focuses on a full body active recovery experience for friends and family. Our interactive units guide you through exercises that focus on mobility, flexibility, amongst other options and followed by recovery services such as ice, heat, compression, percussion massage or muscle stimulation. These small group sessions allow for personalized attention in a supportive atmosphere that helps you reach your goals. Come join us and improve your overall fitness and wellness.
Cancellation Policy
Mobility Terms & Conditions Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments and classes promptly. Clients are encouraged to reschedule appointments rather than cancel whenever possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Please note there are NO refunds. Mobility reserves the right to review and modify the cancellation policy as needed. Clients will be notified of any changes.
